Enabling Worklogs in the user Portal

To display WorkLogs  in the User Portal, so that end users also have access to them, you need to make some system configurations.

These configurations are available in Deepser’s system configuration menu.

To access system configuration, you need to use Deepser’s backend dropdown menu, then System->Configuration->Portal->Configurations.

This is the section dedicated to the system configuration of WorkLogs 

The meaning of the fields is the following:

Show WorklogMakes worklogs visible in the user portal. The worklogs will be read-only, if ‘Add/Edit Worklog’ is set to No.
Add/Edit WorklogGives End Users the ability to insert worklogs, or modify those already present in tickets.
Save ConfigAllows to save the configuration
