Deepser’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module is used to manage, control and maintain a Customer, Contacts and Companies Park. It is also possible to Manage Sales Opportunities, tracking their possible profits, probabilities and related Tasks.

The CRM consists of three categories:

  • Account: Allows to Maintain Data Relating to Customer Companies and Related Divisions

  • Contacts: Tracks Contacts and Leads

  • Opportunities: Organize business opportunities and describe the next steps to take
