Opportunity Type in CRM

The following guide deals with the creation of a customized Type of Opportunity, in addition to those already present in the system.

1 – Open the system configuration for the Types of Opportunities, via System-> CRM Configuration -> Types of Opportunities

2 – Click Add Typology Opportunities

3 – Below is the standard Insert form

The meaning of the fields is as follows:

NameThe name of the typology of Opportunity
LocationIndicates the position of the typology compared to other existing typologies
DescriptionIndicates the description of the type of Opportunity
IconAllows to load an icon for the type of Opportunity
Groups EnabledIndicates the groups enabled to create Opportunities of this type
StateIndicates status(Enabled/Disabled)

4 – When the fields have been completed, click Save.The new type of Opportunity will be present in the CRM
