Escalation rules

Escalation rules are rules that are periodically executed by Deepser with the aim of making changes to the entities or triggering email events upon the occurrence of certain conditions defined by the rule itself.

Each entity is associated with an Escalation level Which by default is 0, it can be increased by the escalation rules to indicate that that ticket should not be processed by lower-level escalation rules.

You can also define a custom execution period in user-defined escalation rules, depending on how often the rule condition needs to be checked.
