Deepser allows you to configure relations between entities.
Deepser relationships are intended to “connect” records of the same entity or records of different entities.
Think about mapping the correspondence between a ticket and a ci.
For example, think about the correspondence between a ci that should be repaired and the incident linked to it or the correspondence between a ci that can belong to more users, such as the key of an office.
In this course we will deal with the relations in Deepser and their management.
