Form Templates in Deepser are structured according to a hierarchy of container elements.
On the first level there is the Form, which can contain a set of Tabs, which in turn can contain Fieldsets. Each Fieldset contains a variable number of Fields.
To add new items within the Form Template configuration screen, right-click and add the chosen “sub-element”.

When adding new tabs or fieldsets, their position can be simply changed by drag&drop.
Once you have created a Tab or Filedset you can change its name from its configuration screen.
