Adding a Portal Group in the Guest Portal

To enable the creation of Service Operations from the Guest Portal, it is necessary to enable at least one Portal Group to be visible in the Guest Portal.

To enable a Portal Group go to the System > Portal > Group section and after having clicked on the desired group set the Frontend Visibility field to ‘YES’.

N.B. If the Frontend Visibility field is not present, it is necessary to add it to the form. To do this, enter the form editing mode (clicking on the pencil icon in the top left corner) and, using drag&drop, drag it into the form, then refresh the page so that the field is displayed.

Note: a Portal Group will be displayed in the Guest Portal only if it contains at least one Portal Request configured as visible (in the Guest Portal) and this is of a type configured as enabled (for the Guest Portal).
