Editing Form Templates in the Guest Portal

Once the requests are made visible in the guest portal, they will have all the ticket fields filled in, which makes it necessary to edit the form template.

1 – Access the guest portal through an Admin user, to do this you need to remove all the right side of the url. (E.g. test.deepser.com/admin/system_account will become test.deepser.com)

2 – Select a request

3 – All fields can be set by default by the guest user, to modify the available fields, open the form editor.

4 – Once you have selected the correct fieldset, modify it as needed, keeping in mind that this form will be accessible to guest users.

Note: When a guest user opens a ticket, they will be recognizable by their email, so in this case the Requester Email field should be added as mandatory.
