Enabling Service Types on the Guest Portal

To enable the creation of Service Operations from the Guest Portal, at least one Service Type must be enabled in the Guest Portal. Only Operations of the enabled types can be created.

1 – To enable a type go to the System > Service Configuration > Typologies section and after clicking on the desired type set the Frontend Visibility field to ‘YES’.

1b – If the Frontend Visibility field is not present, it must be added to the form.

To do this, enter the edit mode of the form by clicking on the pencil icon in the top left corner

1c – Finally, select the Form Type, via drag&drop, drag the Frontend Visibility field into the form and press Save, then refresh the page.
