Reading the Knowledge Base

1 – In Deepser you can access and consult the Knowledge Base from 3 separate entry-points:

  • From backend (accessible only by Agents)
    You can access the KB from the menu in the Deepser backend by clicking on the Knowledge Base item.
  • From the User Portal
    You can access the KB from the User Portal from the menu at the top right and by selecting the item Knowledge Base.
  • From the Guest Portal
    You can access the KB from the Guest Portal from the menu at the top right and by selecting the Knowledge Base item.

2 – At this point the grid containing the Knowledge Base will open, click on the View button to open the KB you want to consult.

3 – When the Knowledge Base is opened, its description/introduction is displayed.

You can navigate through the articles via the left-hand summary.
