Inventory Configuration
The module was created to allow the configuration and management of different warehouse types.
The configuration of these types is the responsibility of an administrator user. In fact, via SYSTEM > INVENTORY CONFIGURATION it is possible to access the dedicated area for the configuration of new typologies.
Below is the list of available fields and their meaning:
Field | Description |
Name | This field identifies the warehouse name. This will also be displayed in the warehouse access menu on the left. |
Position | Indicates the display position of the item within the Deepser access menu |
Description | Descriptive field |
Icon | Through this field it is possible to associate an icon with the type of warehouse |
Groups | Identify which groups have access to the warehouse type from the backend |
Portal Groups | Identify which groups have access to the warehouse type from end-user portal |
Groups Menu Visibility | By specifying one or more groups in this field, you allow them the possibility of viewing the warehouse type item in the Deepser menu. |
Frontend visibility | It allows visibility of the warehouse type from Frontend. |
State | Using this field, you can enable or disable the warehouse type. |
Incremental Prefix | Using this field, you can configure a prefix to be applied in warehouse numbering. (It is used to enhance the Incremental ID field present in the warehouse main data). |
Incremental Suffix | Using this field, you can configure a suffix to be applied in the warehouse numbering. (It is used to enhance the Incremental ID field present in the warehouse main data). |
Incremental ID | Using this field, you can configure an ID to be applied in the warehouse numbering. (It is used to enhance the Incremental ID field present in the warehouse main data). |
Incremental Padding Font | Using this field, you can configure a padding character to be applied in the warehouse numbering. (It is used to enhance the Incremental ID field present in the warehouse main data). |
Incremental Padding Length | Using this field, you can configure the length of the padding to be applied in the warehouse numbering. (It is used to enhance the Incremental ID field present in the warehouse main data). |
