Warehouse
Once the warehouse type has been created, you can proceed with the creation of the Warehouse entity directly from the INVENTORY > WAREHOUSE menu:
The “Warehouse” module constitutes the fundamental link between the “Item” and “Movement” modules, guaranteeing accurate and updated management of goods stocks and transactions.
Below is the list of available fields and their meaning on the warehouse entity:

Name | Warehouse name |
Model Alias | Select field where you can choose a model from Deepser that is connected too this warehouse. |
Model Id | Text field where you can choose an Id of a record from the selected model in the above field. |
Address | Through this field it is possible to associate an address with the warehouse. Using the “+” icon it will be possible to create a new address that can be associated with the warehouse. |
Type | Select field with the warehouse type |
Increment Id | The field in question will be auto-valued based on the configuration of the specific automatic numbering fields present in the typology configuration. |
Is default | Checkbox that differentiates the main default warehouse from others. At least one warehouse should be default. |
Status | Using this field you can enable or disable the warehouse and its use within any connected modules. |
Into this entity are also present the following structured fields:
Items – grid
Grid field that shows all the items connected to this warehouse. You can also add an item directly from the warehouse by clicking on the “add Item” button at the right corner.
Within this grid it is also possible to move the quantities of the individual warehouse item in a guided manner using the icons in the “Actions” column.
The available icons are as follows:
- “+” allows you to load a quantity of the product
- “-” allows you to unload the product
- The transfer icon, on the other hand, allows you to transfer a quantity of a product from one warehouse to another.
Movements – grid
Grid field that shows all the movements connected to this warehouse and the items connected to it. You can also add a movement directly from the warehouse by clicking on the “add Movement” button at the right corner. All the movements that are added on this warehouse form should be about one of the items connected to it.
