To establish a connection with a remote device in the IT Asset Device section, access the main menu and go to IT Assets > Device.
Before proceeding, ensure that the target device has the required agent installed. (The agent installation process is explained here.)
From the available grid, select the device you wish to connect to:
Next, download the AnyDesk remote desktop software on the device from which the remote connection will be initiated.
For the remote computer, the AnyDesk software installation is automatically handled by the Deepser agent.
To enable remote control via AnyDesk:
Instead, to disable and exclude it from the available remote connection software options, set the Enabled field to ‘No’.
To configure Supremo as the default remote control software:
Once configured, AnyDesk will automatically be selected from the list of available remote control options.
To configure remote access in Deepser, navigate to IT Asset > Device > Tab Monitoring > Remote Control.
After entering the randomly generated password from AnyDesk, it will be possible to proceed with the session.
