Resource Grid
To have a better and detailed look of how tasks are allocated across days on the project, you can refer to the resource grid.
On the left side you see the Assigned Users, their respective tasks and the working hours allocated to each task. On the right side, a calendar displays the hours worked each day by the assigned user on the tasks. The standard working hours, such as 8 hours per day, are based on the Project Calendar. Any hours worked beyond these standard hours are labelled red on the calendar.
The calendar displayed in the Resource Grid is configured through the Project’s Calendar Model. To set up a new project calendar, you can follow the same procedures as used for the default calendar module.
