Price List

Price Lists in Deepser are used to create customized price rules according to products, minimum quantity and minimum price.

The following fields will then be available to fill in on the entry screen:

Main Data

Field	Description
Name	Text field that will be populated with price list’s name
Code	Text field that is unique for every pricelist
Status	Select field that indicates that a pricelist can be enabled or disabled.
Apply to all Accounts	Checkbox field that is used to set this pricelist to all the Accounts present in Deepser, when toggled to “YES”, or you can decide to choose some specific accounts that this pricelist will apply to.
Priority	This field is used to determine the priority of the price lists when multiple price lists are applicable to an account. This field is used to resolve conflicts between price lists and determine which one takes precedence.
Start Date	Datetime field that is used to set the start date from when this price list will be available.
End Date	Datetime field that is used to set the end date of this pricelist application.

Price List Rules allow you to create discounts and special pricing based on various conditions.

Field	Description
Name	Text field that will be populated with rules name.
Priority	Text field that sets the priority that determines the order in which multiple rules are applied. When you have multiple price list rules that could potentially apply to a product, Deepser applies them based on their priority.
Status	Select field that indicates that a rule can enabled or disabled.
Product Class	Select field which is used to set the class of product that this rule will apply to.
Price Change Mode	Select field that sets the mode by which this rule will be applied by which can be: percent, fixed or amount. Percent: It is used to apply a percentage discount via rule. Fixed: Used to apply a fixed amount of price via rule. Amount: It is used to directly modify the value of the product within the reference document on which the rule is applied.
Value	The value of discount that will be applied to the products, this value can be measured as percentage or as a fixed number.
Product Expression	By this query builder field you can set some filters on the products you want this rule to apply to.
