Dashboard
The Dashboard entity provides a clear and concise visualization of key data and real-time information about created surveys.
You can access this module from the main menu by navigating to Survey > Dashboard. Alternatively, you can access a Survey Template by clicking on the “Open Dashboard” button in the right top corner:
To access it, you need to select the base template you want to analyze simply by the field in the left top corner (so, all its related surveys will be loaded):
In the Dashboard entity, the survey results are analyzed and filtered based on the questions, also visualized in Charts.
Charts
On the left side of the filters panel, you can set different filters based on which the data displayed on the Charts will change.
Submitted At From – To Date fields which you can set a date range from which the results will be filtered based on the date they are submitted.
Company: Multiselect field which filters the results based on the company field.
Username: Multiselect field which filters the results based on the user who submits the results.
Questions
Within the “Questions” tab, it is possible to access the answers related to a specific question. This comprehensive view provides valuable information such as the submission time and the source from which it was submitted, offering insights into the respondent’s identities and the timing of their submissions.
Results
On the results, tab is represented a grid with all the results related to a survey.
Questions: this is a multi-select field that filters results on the grid based on the questions selected.
In the “Results” and “Questions” tabs you can also export data in CSV or XLSX format from the relation grid by using the default exportation button:
