Task Field – Extra Tab Configuration
The Extra tab provides additional configuration options for how tasks are displayed and managed.
- View : On this field you can select either “To Do/Done” or “List All”. This field is particularly useful for ‘Task’ type. What it does is that it changes the way the tasks are listed.
- To Do/Done: Shows the tasks divided into two rows based on their status, one called “To Do” and another called “Done”.
- List All: Displays all tasks in a single list without grouping.
- Order By: Select the column by which tasks should be sorted (e.g., Due Date, Priority, Title).
- Order Direction: Choose the sorting direction for the selected column:
- Ascending: Sorts from lowest to highest (e.g., earliest date first).
- Descending: Sorts from highest to lowest (e.g., latest date first).
- Default Grid: Defines which grid layout is used to display all tasks.
- Use Formtemplate:
- Yes: Tasks will be created and updated using a customizable Deepser Formtemplate (allowing you to add or modify fields).
- No: Tasks will use the default form, which cannot be customized.
