Configure AnyDesk Remote Control
AnyDesk integration allows you to establish remote desktop connections with devices managed in Deepser's IT Asset module. This guide covers enabling, configuring, and using AnyDesk for remote control sessions.
Prerequisites
Before proceeding, ensure that:
- The target device has the required Deepser agent installed. See the agent installation guide for details.
- The AnyDesk remote desktop software is downloaded on the device from which you will initiate the connection. On the remote computer, the AnyDesk software installation is automatically handled by the Deepser agent.
To view available devices, navigate to IT Assets > Device in the Deepser Backend.


From the grid, select the device you wish to connect to:


Enabling AnyDesk Remote Control
To enable remote control via AnyDesk:
- Navigate to System > Configuration > IT ASSET > Configurations > AnyDesk(Remote Control).
- Set the Enabled field to 'Yes'.

To disable AnyDesk, set the Enabled field to 'No'.

Setting AnyDesk as Default Remote Control Software
To configure AnyDesk as the default remote control software:
- Go to System > Configuration > IT ASSET > Configurations > Remote Control.
- Select AnyDesk as the default software.

Once configured, AnyDesk will automatically be selected from the list of available remote control options.
Connecting to the Remote Device
To configure remote access in Deepser, navigate to IT Asset > Device > Tab Monitoring > Remote Control.

Starting a Remote Session
After entering the randomly generated password from AnyDesk, you can proceed with the session.
- Go to IT Asset > Device > Tab Monitoring.
- In the Remote Control field, click Connect for the selected device.
Alternatively, start the connection from the Device grid under IT Asset > Device.
