Guest Portal
The Guest Portal is the public-facing interface of Deepser, allowing unauthenticated users to submit service requests, browse the Knowledge Base, and interact with your organization without requiring an account. Administrators can enable specific service types, configure form templates, customize the portal appearance with CMS pages, and control category and notification settings.
