Resource Grid
The Resource Grid gives you a detailed view of how tasks and working hours are distributed across your project team. Use it to identify overallocation and ensure balanced workloads throughout the project timeline.
To view the Resource Grid, open a saved project and navigate to the Resource Grid section.
On the left side, you see the assigned users, their respective tasks, and the working hours allocated to each task. On the right side, a calendar displays the hours worked each day by the assigned user on their tasks. The standard working hours, such as 8 hours per day, are based on the Project Calendar. Any hours worked beyond these standard hours are highlighted in red on the calendar.
Hours displayed in red indicate that the assigned user is overallocated for that day, exceeding the standard working hours defined in the Project Calendar.
Configure the Project Calendar
The calendar displayed in the Resource Grid is configured through the Project's Calendar Model. To set up a new project calendar, follow the same procedures used for the default calendar module.
