Task

In Deepser, tasks represent activities that must be carried out. A task can be associated with a Service Operation or with other entities such as elements of the CMDB module. For example, it can represent a series of steps required for the maintenance of a specific CMDB element. This section covers task type creation, form configuration, and the global task grid.
