Visibility of categories in Deepser’s Models

In Deepser it is possible to manage the visibility of categories in models, defining specific rules.

Configure Categories visibility in Models

To configure the visibility of categories in models in Deepser you will need to go to the menu: System -> Categories

Here you will need to click on the desired category and go to the “Model Visibility” section

Here you can set new rules using the “+” button or edit an existing ruleby clicking the pencil button.

Once you click the button both will open the following screen:

From here you can select the model using the “Model” field.

Using the “Portal Visibilty” field it will be possible to define whether the category will be visible in the user portal for the selected model.

Using the “Frontend Visibilty” field it will be possible to define whether the category will be visible in the Guest Portal for the selected model

Note that for some models (such as the “DeepService – Operation” model) a query builder will also be visible that will allow you to define specific rules to manage visibility in that model.

Please note that this section will only be fillable after the category has been saved at least one time.
