Visibility Configuration Overview
On the Homepage, once enabled, the Guest Portal is present. In order to allow, through the latter, the opening of new Tickets, it is necessary to properly configure the Service components, and then enable them to be used in the Guest Portal: Service Types, Portal Group and Portal Request.
