As for the portal dedicated to Endusers, Service Operations (Tickets) are created by Guest users through the configured Portal Requests.
1 – To enable a Portal Request go to the System > Portal > Request section and after clicking on the desired request set the Frontend Visibility field to ‘YES’.
Please Note: If the Frontend Visibility field is not present you need to add it to the form. To do this, enter the form edit mode (by clicking on the pencil icon in the top left corner) and, using drag&drop, drag it into the form, then refresh the page so that the field is displayed.
2 – If the Template field is valorized, remove the value by pressing the ‘x’ to the right.
Please Note: At this point, the loading of the formtemplate will respect the rules
3 – Now the user portal will show the requests of the configured type and group.
