Enabling Other Modules in the User Portal Grid
The CMDB, CRM and Password Manager modules, have editable grids in the user portal, this allows you to filter the display of each element, or organize them differently.

CHANGE THE PASSWORD MANAGER GRIDS IN THE USER PORTAL.
To change the password manager grid in the user portal, navigate to System->Portal->Password .
It will then open the grid displayed by default in the Users portal, to modify it click on the pencil icon, instead to create a new one, click on the new button.
MODIFY THE CRM GRIDS IN THE USER PORTAL.
To modify the CRM grid in the user portal, navigate to System->Portal->CRM, and select the type of element concerned (Account, Contact or Opportunity), the procedure applies to all three.
It will then open the grid displayed by default in the Users portal, to modify it click on the pencil icon, instead to create a new one, click on the new button.
