API Entities

Here you are the full list of Deepser entities implemented by the API:

• Company: the companies of Deepser.
• User: the users of Deepser.
• Group: the user groups of Deepser.
• Service Operation: the operations (tickets, incidents, requests, etc.) of Deepser.
• Service Type: the types of the operations (incidents, requests, changes, phone calls, etc.).
• Activity: the activities (comments or worklogs) of Deepser.
• Cmdb CI: the CIs (devices, softwares, etc.) of Deepser.
