End Users Visibility Overview
In Deepser, end users correspond to those users whose role is configured as users.
They have access only to the user portal and possibly, if enabled, to the public portal, only if enabled.
End users can see only the tickets opened by them, unless they are Company Supervisors or Empowered Users.
In the case of an End user who is also a Company Supervisor, he will have access to all the tickets of his Company and all the tickets of the Additional Companies unless the user is limited to the Company Data, in this case he will have access only to his Company Ticket.
End users can view the CI assigned to them or of which they are the owners and which they belong, in the case of Corporate supervisor users they will view all the CI of their company.
End users do not have the right to modify form fields or change the form currently displayed.
