Enable CMDB in the User Portal
To enable the cmdb in the user portal you will need to go to the menu: System->Configuration.
Here it will be a must to go to the “Portal” item.
At this point, the following screen will open:
You will need to set the “Enable” field to “Yes”, this will enable the CMDB for the user portal.
The default “Enabled Priority” field on “Global” allows you to specify whether the CMDB will be enabled for all users (default) or if set to “User” it will be enabled only for users for whom the Portal CMDB Visibility field has been set to “Yes”.
