Enabling the Guest Portal

The guest portal is not enabled by default, to enable it go to the System > Configuration > Web > Default Pages section, enable the Enable Frontend option , and click on the Save Config button .

At this point the Guest Portal that will be loaded is the one already present in Deepser with its default configuration.

From the Guest Portal it will then be possible to return to the area dedicated to authenticated users by selecting the Login item from the menu (top right) .

Note: Once the Guest Portal is enabled, the new Home Page will be the latter, no longer the login screen.

LOGO MODIFICATION

The guest portal is fully configurable, by default neither ticket creation nor access to knowledge base articles is enabled.

To replace the Deepser logo in the Guest Portal home, go to System > Configuration > Design > HTML Head and load the new logo under Frontend Logo.
