User Portal

The Deepser user portal, is the frontend interface presented to end users, and if properly configured, it allows to easily create and consult tickets, get access to CMDB, CRM, Knowledge base and password manager.

The user portal is displayed after logging in into the deepser frontend.

Note: The domain select above the ‘User Name’ field is used to choose which domain controller to use to log in, if configured.
