Workflow – Stage Set

A question may have popped in your mind:
“How can I create a workflow that is divided into several steps?”
If you want to create a workflow divided into various steps, another important module is the “Stage Set” module.
After opening your Deepser Backend portal, by clicking at “Flow” module and “Stage Set” module

And the following screen will open:

By clicking the button “Add Template”, located at the left in the middle of the form template, the following screen will open:

Here is where you can create each step in which you want to divide your process flow.
The Template structure contains fields that express:
Name | Description | Note |
Name | represent the name of the stage | for example “In Approval”. |
Labels | represents the status that can occur during the execution of the stage process. | -The status called “Completed”, which means that the stage “In Approval” has been completed. -The second status is called “Skipped”, which means that the stage “In Approval” has been skipped, and so on. |
Duration | represent the temporal reference for each stage |
