The Global Search Bar lets you easily find all records in the system: for example and Activity, a Support Request, a User, a Customer, a File Attachment, etc.
The Global Search textbox compares the text in it with the unique ID and the name of the entity and returns a list of all possible matches (if the record doesn’t have a Name field then another identification field is compared, for example a file name of an attachment or a title of an appointment).
Near the Global Search Bar, the blue button lets you hide the Navigation Menu, expanding the Main Screen.
