Password Management
This Course will cover Everything about The Configuration of Deepser’s Password Manager, From Shared Passwords settings, to system related configurations.
Deepser through the Password Module allows you to manage company passwords in a centralized way, managing visibility and permissions.
Each password is saved securely in the database, encrypted with a custom passphrase.
It is also possible to manage at group/user level the visibility or the ability to modify/delete the above mentioned passphrases. The modification of a password will therefore be visible to each user and/or group that has access to it.
The single passwords can also be associated to each Deepser module, through a Custom Deeppassword field.
PRIVATE PASSWORD
Deepser also allows the creation of private passwords, accessible only by the user who made them. The creation of these passwords can also be made accessible to end users through the appropriate portal.
