Email Events

Mail events are a tool closely related to Deepser mail integration.
The Mail Events configuration allows you to define:

• When a notification must be sent
• Which notification must be sent
• Who are the recipients of the notification email

The emails are generated by dynamically enhancing the Template set in the event as the notification template.

Deepser contains multiple default mail events, preconfigured to work in various standard situations.
