1 – Access the system chat configuration, via System->Chat->Configuration
2 – To view the chat widget in the user portal, set “Enabled in Portal” as Yes,to make it available instead in the Guest portal, set Enabled in Frontend as Yes, finally press Save Config
Note: Public Chat Enabled Groups indicates the groups that will be enabled to manage public chat messages.
Max Attachment Size indicates the maximum size of attachments.
3 – To apply the configuration, reboot the Chat Websocket Server.
4 – Once the steps are completed, the chat widget will appear in the portals where it has been enabled.
