Task

Task can be associated to a ticket or it can be associated to other entities as an element of the CMDB module.
For example, it can represent a series of steps that must be carried out for the maintenance of a specific element of the CMDB module.

Tasks in Deepser
In Deepser, tasks represent activities that must be done.
Task can be assigned to a user and can be created from other Deepser entities.
In addition, they can also be viewed only by some users through the group rules.
Tasks can be seen by backend users by clicking on the appropriate section.
An example, it can be associated to a ticket with a series of steps that must be completed to bring the ticket itself to resolution.
