Account Address
In Deepser, the Address section, within an Account, is used to register the physical locations of a company.
It is also possible to manage multiple locations of a company via the “Sales Address” field.
To administer the address section of an Account, simply follow these steps:
1. Go to the Crm->Account
2. Select the account to add the related Addresses
3. Go to the Address tab on the left.
4. The following screen will then appear.
Here you will find the data relating to the main account.
Below is a brief explanation of the fields displayed in the form.

5. To save the changes you have made, click Apply or Save to save them
1 – To return to the previous page without saving.
2 – To reset the information to the last save.
3 – To delete the inserted record.
4 – To save and return to the main grid.
5 – To save and stay on the current page.
6 – To synchronize Account -> Company (Present only if the Sync function is enabled).
6. In the lower part of the Form there is an Address type field (custom fields), in this case ‘Sales Addresses’, in which you can insert various addresses of companies connected to the main one.
For example, a common use of Addresses is the management of multi-locations, detachments, branches, etc.
(If the “Sales Address” field is not already present in the form, simply add it)
7. To add a new address, click the blue button at the top right Add Address.
8. The following screen will appear.

9. To save, press Apply at the top right.
The new address entered, after saving, will be added to the grid below.
