Address Functioning
In Deepser, Addresses can be understood as actual places, companies, or accounts.
The use of Addresses, for example, allows us to manage a company’s Multi-Locations.
- In this case, let’s take the Addresses of an account as an example.
To access this area, click on Crm->Account.
2. Select the account to add its addresses.
3. Select the Address option in the grid on the left.
4. After that, the following screen will appear.
Here you will find the address data related to the main account.
Below is a brief explanation of the fields displayed in the form.

5. To save your changes, click Apply or Save to save them.
Below is a detailed description of the available buttons:
1 – To return to the previous page without saving.
2 – To reset the information to the last save.
3 – To delete the entered record.
4 – To save and return to the main grid.
5 – To save and stay on the current page.
6 – To synchronize Account -> Company (Present only if the Sync function is enabled).
6. At the bottom of the Form there is an Address Grid Field (custom fields), in this case ‘Sales Addresses‘, in which you can enter different addresses of companies connected to the main one.
For example, a common use of Addresses is the management of multi-locations, detachments, branches, etc.
7. To add a new address, click the blue Add Address button in the top right corner.
8. The following screen will appear.

Is Default | If there are multiple adresses associated with the company, only one can be designated as the default. It will be suggested as the default address for address fields in CRM Sales modules. |

9. To save, press Apply in the top right corner.
The new address entered, after saving, will be added to the grid below.
