Export Data

In Deepser all grids can be exported in *.xlsx or *.csv format.

This makes it possible to consult the data even outside the application.

The export keeps the filters and sorting applied to the grid at that time.

To export the grid you must first choose the format of the file that will be produced, by default XLSX will be proposed, from the select-box in the middle of the page, above the grid.

To download the export file, click on the download icon to the right of the chosen format.

At this point, before generating the file for download, the system will ask if you want to export only the visible records, or all the records from the other pages where the records have been divided.

Once you have decided which records should be exported, clicking one of the two modal’s buttons will start downloading the file.
