Introduction to Services in Deepser

In Deepser the Services are the services offered by the organization.

The Service module collects all the data of user requests, sorts records by priority, expiration date, creation date and organizes them by Type, and category.

The user portal shows the types of requests that can be submitted by end users to the support service.

In the backend instead, there will be in the sidebar a Service section That will count all the types of service that the group is enabled to view.
