An Email Event ” REQUESTER USER – Operation Opened by Frontend User ” has been set up in Deepser to notify the “guest” user that the ticket has been created.
1 – By default the event is disabled, to enable it go to the System à Tools à Email à Event section .
2 – The related email template is configured to send via email the link that allows you to consult the ticket even to an unregistered user.
In Deepser it is possible to create custom email events, if necessary it will therefore be possible to define new events such as the notification of inserting a comment or the closing of the ticket.
