User Portal Additional Features

In addition to ticket management, the user portal also allows access to the CMDB, CRM, Knowledge Base and Password Manager, all through the drop-down menu, which can be activated by clicking on the arrow to the right of the current user.

This is the complete menu of all the items related to the various modules configured in Deepser.

CMDBContains all visible entries in the Configuration Management Database module.
CRMIt contains all the contacts, companies and visible opportunities of the Customer Relationship Management module.
Knowledge baseIt contains all the support articles, internal guides, etc. of the Knowledge base.
PasswordIt contains all visible passwords of the password manager module.
