Custom Field Overview
To create new custom fields, just go to: System -> CustomFields. Inside there is a grid of all the modules installed in Deepser.

In order to view the custom fields of a specific entity, click on the grid row.
In our example we want to take the ticket table. Inside Deepser, it is the Service module and the Operations entity.
The Model tab contains the data of the model (or Module / Entity) that we are modifying.
The Fields tab contains all the custom fields created for that model, in addition to the system fields.
So we can see all the user-defined fields that are not part of the Deepser system fields.
In the next article we are going to configure a new custom field.
